Bookings require a 25% deposit upon creation of your appointment. You can exchange, change, cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. If cancelation is required less than 24 hours before your appointment, deposits are non-refundable. Exchanges can be offered as an alternative to cancellation, please contact the store. If Jasmine needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment due to illness or injury, a full deposit refund or new appointment can be arranged. Full payment is required before your appointment begins.
