If there is a problem with your order please use the contact button on my store. Returns accepted within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return will only be processed once I have received the item. If a product arrives damaged please contact me and we will discuss a possible replacement. Please bare in mind, if ordering a print, they are all original artworks and editioned, therefore there may not be a replacement available if the edition sells out. If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
