Please mark clearly whether you would like a refund, or exchange for a different size/colour/item. Some products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons and will be marked on the website and your order confirmation. When trying on items of clothing or jewellery please ensure you are not wearing anything that may leave a strong scent or marks on the items. Please leave all tags attached to the items and reuse original packaging when returning the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any item that comes back to us in unsaleable condition. All goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you return the items using a delivery service that provides you insurance for the full value of the goods.
